At Learn with Shashank, we aim to deliver valuable and actionable training experiences. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Courses, Workshops & Digital Products
- Once a course, training, or workshop is purchased, no refunds will be provided, as access to the content or live sessions is granted immediately.
- If you face technical issues accessing the content, contact us at shashank@learnwithshashank.com, and we will resolve them promptly.
2. Event Cancellations
- In the rare event that a live session or workshop is canceled by us, participants will receive a full refund or an option to attend a rescheduled session.
3. Duplicate Payment
- If a customer is charged twice for the same transaction, the duplicate payment will be refunded via the same payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
